Dickinson Homes is a custom modular design-and-build company in Iron Mountain, MI, with residential and commercial projects across Michigan, Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota. We shot for Dickinson every year for over a decade.

Dickinson uses it on their website, in print, on social, in sales packets and in model centers.
Approach
Once Dickinson approves a shoot, Josh works directly with the homeowner and is on site for at least a full day. Exteriors get sunrise and sunset light, and interiors are shot during the day. Josh flies the drone himself (Part 107 licensed and insured).
Dickinson trusts us to work alone in their clients' homes.
